針對國民黨副總統參選人王如玄表示，馬政府整體基本工資調整次數多於過去民進黨執政時期，對此，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文22日回批，這證明國民黨執政7年來，台灣實質薪資是倒退的，且產業沒有轉型成功，工作機會和品質都不好，造成實質工資倒退，這是政府應該要去檢討及聚焦討論的。

另外，親民黨總統參選人宋楚瑜22日參加黨籍立委黃珊珊競選總部成立時，不忘揶揄國民黨總統參選人朱立倫競選廣告「對不起，我來晚了」。

至於同場出席的台北市長柯文哲則維持「不上台、不致詞」原則，僅贈黃珊珊「改變成真」中堂。
